Virginia Mitchell
 Virginia Mitchell, patient and practitioner of acupuncture in Sterling and Herndon, Virginia, knows first-hand of its healing power. She received her Master of Acupuncture degree from the Traditional Acupuncture Institute in Columbia, Maryland. Ms. Mitchell is board certified in acupuncture by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM). She is a member and former president of the Acupuncture Society of Virginia (1996-98). In addition to her background in acupuncture, Ms. Mitchell also studied Zero Balancing and Process Acupressure. Ms. Mitchell completed her massage therapy training at Potomac Massage Training Institute in 1992.
Complementing her body-mind studies, Ms. Mitchell completed a two-year program in spiritual direction through the Shalem Institute in Washington, DC., in 1989.
